WizzAir survey

We designed an online multilingual market research system for the discount airline of Hungary. Customers of Wizz Air selected from a two-week period received native language e-mails, in which they were asked to fill in a questionnaire – also in their native language. We received data in XML format from the customer side, then we forwarded the data also in standard format to Suvet Research, who carried out the market research phase.
The interesting part of the project from a technical perspective was handling large amounts of data, and using 11 different language translations. From the project management side, the most challenging part was to cope with the extremly strict deadline - one month only, including the preparations and testing.
